Every number on these pages is counted at build time from the same verified records our daily hints pages are built from, so the tables grow by a day every morning when the new board publishes. Nothing here is estimated and nothing is typed in by hand.

How these numbers are counted
Spelling Bee scores are recomputed from each day's accepted word list under the NYT rules: a four-letter word scores 1 point, a longer word scores a point per letter, a pangram adds 7, and Genius is 70 percent of the maximum, rounded down. Wordle letters are counted across every answer in the window, repeats included. Today's answers count toward the totals, but they are never printed on these pages - today's rows link to today's game pages, where each answer stays behind the tap until you ask for it.
