Today's Strands board is all about having people over. There are six theme words plus the spangram, the long word that runs from one side of the board to the other.

Hint 2 of 3
Every theme word is something a good host does: ask people in, greet them, take them in and keep them amused. One theme word is also the name for the host themselves.
Hint 3 of 3 - Spangram
One long word runs edge to edge and names the whole art of making guests feel welcome. It is also the name of the hotel and restaurant industry.
